What kind of pen should I choose to write perfectly on M NOTE?
If you are looking for a fine and precise writing tool, we recommend the ‘Staedtler Correctable Lumocolor’ marker, which features an embedded eraser. This marker is available for purchase on Amazon and the Bravestorming.com online store. Additionally, all rewards will include a GiXin magnetic erasable whiteboard marker. Is M NOTE compatible with MoverBook, MoverPad, and ThinkerBoard (previous generation of Bravestorming organizers?
Yes, the M NOTE is restickable and has a magnetic attachment. When using the M NOTE with MoverBook, MoverPad, ThinkerBoard, Move Note or Trifold, please cover the protective film over the restickable strip on the back of the M NOTE. This will prevent the stickiness from affecting the paper template of the MoverBook. While the stickiness is fine for attaching to the paper, closing the MoverBook can put too much pressure on the M NOTE, making it overly sticky. We recommend keeping the protective film on when you first open the M NOTE.

Can I get a refund?
After the campaign ends, they become non-refundable. The funds are released to Bravestorming. The funds raised will be utilized to start the manufacturing process and meet our minimum order requirements to obtain specific pricing and quotation for the number of units we will be ordering. There are many parties involved to make this product happen. Please support this project only when you can afford to do so.

Will placing magnet near monitor be causing any malfunction?
Please be rest assured that the magnets will not be making the monitor malfunction. We have done tests starting from the initial R&D to the prototyping process. Other existing product examples in the market include strong adhesive magnets on the back of phone for vehicle hand free usage and magnetic smart cover for tablets.

Can I have refund for the add-on?
Backers have three weeks to modify their add-on orders. After this period, once the orders are locked, we will not be able to issue any refunds for the add-ons. We will communicate the quantities of each product to the manufacturer and begin production as soon as possible. Please ensure that you can afford the add-on order before placing it. Current Global Situation and Tariff Impacts, what is the arrangement?
Given the ever-changing global situation, particularly regarding tariffs, we want to assure our community that we are doing everything possible to minimize the impact. We will not charge our backers any additional fees upfront. Instead, we will complete the production phase before attempting to ship rewards and add-ons.
However, if we encounter significant tariffs that hinder our ability to deliver, we may need to ask backers to cover the additional costs at that time in order to ensure delivery of your products. We appreciate your understanding and support as we navigate these challenges together.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
